Submission Guidelines
(01)
Written pieces must be submitted in PDF format. All submissions should include a cover page with the author's name, institutional affiliation, and a brief abstract of the work. The cover and abstract will not need to be included in the published version, but will aid in our processing of it.
(02)
Authors are required to follow the Chicago Manual of Style, but with citations hyperlinked into the text and not in footnotes. Legal citations must be accurate and rigorous, reflecting the scholarly standards of the Review.
(03)
The Review prioritizes original research that explores environmental law through a theoretical lens. Work may be previously published or unpublished.
(04)
Formatting should follow standard academic parameters: 12-point Times New Roman font, double-spaced, with one-inch margins. Length should generally range between 500 and 4000 words inclusive of citations.
